Terms of Service

BABIZ1 generates campaign imagery from garment photographs you upload. Output is produced by automated systems and may vary between runs.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You confirm you have the right to use those images. Subject to your plan being in good standing, you may use the generated images commercially.

Do not upload content you do not own, depict identifiable real people without consent, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or infringing purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Plan allowances reset each billing period and unused allowance does not carry over.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
